Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) P.L.C. is a Joint Venture Company between Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited (India) and Almeta Impex P.L.C. (Ethiopia). The company operates a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility producing Tablets, Capsules, and Liquid formulations at Akaki, near Addis Ababa.
The company invites young, dynamic, and qualified professionals to apply for the following positions and grow their careers in a professional pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
POSITION 1: JUNIOR IPQA
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily IPQA activities and record results as per approved procedures
- Report production non-conformances to the immediate supervisor
- Record analytical results in BMR/BPRs, reports, and charts
- Calibrate IPQA instruments according to schedule and maintain logs
- Collect samples from validation batches at all sampling stages
- Conduct required test parameters on collected samples
- Ensure validation batch samples are submitted to the QC Laboratory
- Participate in cleaning validation activities
- Submit daily activity reports to the immediate supervisor
- Perform additional duties assigned by the department head
- Suggest improvement ideas to enhance the quality system
- Maintain IPQA laboratory cleanliness as per SOPs

POSITION 2: JUNIOR QA PHARMACIST
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized College or University
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a supervisory or related QA role
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to changing requirements
