The role offers an opportunity to work in an international real estate environment, engaging directly with U.S.-based property owners and supporting lead generation for real estate acquisitions.
Position: Remote Cold Caller – Ethiopia
Job Description
As a Remote Cold Caller, you will contact property owners in the United States using an auto-dialer system. Your responsibilities include gathering property information, building rapport with homeowners, identifying potential sellers, and transferring qualified leads to the acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer system
- Contact hundreds of homeowners daily and collect property-related information
- Follow provided call scripts and company procedures
- Handle basic objections professionally and transfer qualified leads
- Accurately update CRM systems with call notes and customer information
- Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all communications
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet and professional remote working environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and remain consistent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems or auto-dialers
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not required
Compensation Package
Base Salary
- Monthly base salary: 13,000 ETB
Monthly Bonuses
- Full month hours target achieved: 3,000 ETB
- 40+ leads generated: 2,000 ETB
- Highest lead count in a month: 2,000 ETB
Weekly Performance Bonuses
- Rank 1: 500 ETB
- Rank 2: 300 ETB
- Rank 3: 200 ETB
Per Performance Bonuses
- Signed contract: 1,000 ETB
- Closed deal: 4,000 ETB
