Position: Fraud Management Officer I
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a:
- BSc or BA Degree in:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Management
- Information Systems
- Related fields
Experience
- Experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates may apply depending on qualification
Key Responsibilities
The Fraud Management Officer I will be responsible for:
- Monitoring daily financial transactions to detect suspicious activity
- Identifying and investigating fraudulent transactions
- Using fraud monitoring systems and tools to reduce operational risks
- Preparing reports on fraud management performance
- Conducting operational control activities using fraud detection systems
- Identifying service disruptions and reporting internal control issues
- Reviewing customer and financial institution complaints
- Escalating suspicious transactions to senior fraud management officers
- Supporting additional fraud risk and compliance tasks as assigned
