Available Positions
Position 1: Architect
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and supervision
- Experience in building and landscape design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Strong project management skills from concept to completion
- Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Experience in sustainable or green building design is an advantage
- Professional licensure or eligibility is an added advantage

Position 2: Senior Architect
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and supervision
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software
- BIM certification with experience in BIM-based project delivery
- Strong knowledge of building codes and sustainable design practices
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Professional registration is an advantage

Position 3: Structural Engineer
Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis
- Experience in infrastructure projects such as buildings, bridges, or industrial facilities
- Proficiency in ETABS and CSI SAFE
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, load calculations, and materials behavior
- Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Position 4: Senior Structural Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and supervision
- Strong knowledge of structural design standards and analysis
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit
- BIM certification with experience in structural modeling and coordination
- Experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Professional registration is an advantage
