Position 1: Secretary Cashier – Fresh Graduate Opportunity
Role Summary
This entry-level position offers recent graduates the chance to begin their careers in the insurance and finance industry. The Secretary Cashier will support daily financial transactions and administrative tasks at the Kazanchis Branch.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Level IV in Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cash handling equipment (POS, cash register)
- Basic computer literacy and exposure to accounting software
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Good math and analytical ability

Position 2: Manager, Procurement & General Service Division
Role Summary
The Manager will oversee procurement operations, general services, and facility management at NICE’s Head Office. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in procurement within the financial or insurance sector preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Purchasing, or a related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, facility management, or general services. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Legal and technical writing
- Contract and procurement law knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Leadership and team coordination
- Excellent communication across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
