Position 1: Administrative Officer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an international or large national organization
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
Specialized Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and cost-effective resource management
- Deep knowledge of World Bank operations, policies, and development priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders
- Ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple tasks, and deliver within tight deadlines
- Proven experience managing administrative teams in multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead internal process improvements
- Understanding of technology systems for administrative efficiency
Position 2: Finance Analyst
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management; or a non-finance degree plus a recognized accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years in a finance, accounting, or budget role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, BW/AO, BPC, or comparable finance systems
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Financial reporting, business planning, and internal controls expertise
- Data modeling, business analysis, and process automation experience
- Understanding of external funds management policies and procedures
- Ability to generate and visualize financial analytics for strategic decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with statistical and AI/ML analysis methods is an asset
- Knowledge of BPS Competency Framework across Business, Digital, People, and Leadership areas
