Position: Audit Trainee
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- No prior experience required (fresh graduates welcome)
- Must have an exit exam result/pass
- Only family applicants are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior internship or entry-level audit experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior auditors during the planning and execution of audit assignments
- Conduct preliminary analytical reviews, calculate financial ratios, and identify risk areas
- Perform analytical review of financial documents and accounting records
- Research client background and industry-specific information
- Attend client meetings when needed and begin building professional relationships
- Communicate audit findings and issues to the team
- Apply technical knowledge from studies and on-the-job learning
- Assist with monthly tax settlements and basic accounting tasks for the firm
- Carry out administrative duties for the audit office
