Position: Cashier Accountant (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions using the cash register, handling both cash and card payments.
- Manage daily account reconciliations and organize bank deposits.
- Record and document all banking transactions promptly and accurately.
- Enforce and track credit payments; support timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process supplier payments.
- Transfer revenue data to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Track returned payments and follow up as needed.
- Maintain logs for petty cash, receipts, and balances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Support front desk operations with patient admissions and inquiries.
- Balance cash, issue receipts, and maintain a professional working area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.A. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage front-office activities.
- Honest, ethical, and professional in all dealings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
