Position 1: Duty Supervisor – Addis Ababa (ADD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations and coordinate service providers
- Ensure passenger service excellence and frontline delivery
- Balance customer satisfaction with compliance to safety/security protocols
- Lead and guide multicultural shift teams in a fast-paced airport environment
Required Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience
- 5–7 years of experience in service, hospitality, aviation, or retail
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Experience in high-pressure, multicultural environments
- Solid understanding of airport operations and aviation safety standards
Position 2: Airport Manager – Addis Ababa (ADD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead airport operations and ensure efficient shift management
- Deliver service excellence while adhering to international standards
- Represent Etihad to local stakeholders, passengers, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee all ground operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
- Apply project management skills to improve airport service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience
- 7–9 years of senior management or leadership experience in aviation, operations, or logistics
- Proven leadership in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Ability to develop business solutions and lead high-performing teams
- International or regional experience highly desirable
