1. Position: Human Resources Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll processes and HR software.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports.
- Skilled in performance appraisal tools and training program design.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits structures.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Position: Real Estate Sales Professional
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven Real Estate Sales experience.
- Strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven attitude.
- Proficient in computer skills with experience in real estate software (CRM systems, property databases, etc.).
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Position: Liaison Officer
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in liaison activities.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken & written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Proactive, professional, and adaptable in high-pressure environments.
- Critical and creative thinking for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency.
