Position: Cost Accountant Intern (6-Month Paid Internship)
Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fresh graduate (2024/2025, no prior experience required)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional finance environment
Key Responsibilities
The Cost Accountant Intern will work with the Factory Finance team and support financial operations related to leaf and NTM materials. Responsibilities include:
- Recording and posting incoming materials, GRNs, and consumption vouchers in Navision.
- Preparing usage and wastage reports for raw materials, comparing actual vs. standards.
- Maintaining and updating purchase records for NTM and leaf materials.
- Supporting monthly conversion cost and Capex reporting and analysis.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial records in collaboration with entity finance teams.
- Participating in stock takes, proposing improvements in storage handling, and supporting inventory adjustments.
- Maintaining shelf life databases for NTM materials, assisting with provisions and age analysis.
- Contributing to operational and financial forecasts (OLs, LEs, ASPs).
- Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the manager.
