Position: Marketing and Sales Agent
Education & Experience
- Diploma or completion of Grade 10 or Grade 12.
- Applicants with marketing skills or community connections are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience required – however, candidates with relevant experience will be given priority consideration.
Required Competencies / Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and engage new clients (businesses, households, professionals, families, etc.).
- Present company services effectively to potential customers.
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Represent the company in the field and during community events.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach efforts.
3. Reporting & Performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and share updates with management.
- Suggest new ideas for improving services and promotional activities.
