Position 1: Dean – School of Aerospace Engineering
Qualification Requirements:
- Ph.D. or higher in Engineering or a related field earned through a full-time, in-residence program from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Head or equivalent leadership role.
- Diploma or above in aviation-related training is preferred.
Language Requirement:
- Fluency in English (Ethiopian Airlines’ working language) is mandatory.
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Position 2: Dean – School of Aerospace Management & Operations
Qualification Requirements:
- Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, Business Administration (with aviation focus), or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a Head or equivalent leadership role.
- Diploma or above in aviation-related training is preferred.
Language Requirement:
- Excellent command of English required.
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable.
