Available Job Positions
1. Audio Visual Officer I
Education:
- Diploma in Videography, Photography, Cinematography, or related field
- Strong portfolio of design work and proficiency with design software (Adobe tools)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar creative or multimedia design role
Technical Competencies:
- Motion graphics, animation, and interactive design experience
- Strong photography/videography and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and online content creation
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
2. Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields
- Diploma/Certificate in Islamic Banking or Finance is an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in banking, preferably in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of IFB operations, Shari’ah principles, and related risks
- Proficiency in modern sales and marketing strategies
- Strong networking and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of credit, compliance, and risk management practices
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Business Manager I
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in banking, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial products and service delivery
- Experience with banking systems and compliance procedures
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and core banking systems
Location: Addis Ababa
4. General Technician
Education: Diploma or Level IV Certificate in Electronics or Electricity
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in electrical and technical maintenance or repair
- Strong numeracy and troubleshooting skills
Location: Mekelle District Office
