1. Junior Underwriting Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Statistics (graduates of 2024 & 2025 only)
- Must have passed the exit exam and possess required documentation
Experience: Not required
Other Skills: Computer literate
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon successful completion of probation
Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s salary scale, negotiable if appropriate
2. Purchaser
Educational Qualification:
- College Diploma / TVET Level IV in Purchasing, Supply Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Purchasing/Procurement
Other Skills: Computer literate
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon successful completion of probation
Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s salary scale, negotiable if appropriate
3. Third Party Recovery (TPR) Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Auto Mechanics, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a TPR Officer or Claims Officer in the insurance industry
Other Skills: Computer literate
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon successful completion of probation
Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s salary scale, negotiable if appropriate
4. Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior position
Other Skills: Computer literate
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon successful completion of probation
Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s salary scale, negotiable if appropriate
5. Main Branch Manager
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 8 years in insurance operations, including 4 years in a supervisory position
Other Skills: Computer literate
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon successful completion of probation
