CCCC is a leading company recognized for its involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects in Ethiopia, including industrial parks, roads, and major national development initiatives. The company seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team. This role is suitable for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience.
POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
EXPERIENCE
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in administration or logistics is an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required
- Age: 24–28 years
- City residence preferred
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate administrative and logistics operations
- Liaise with external partners, including telecom providers, hotels, hospitals, and other institutions
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION
- Company-provided accommodation is available if required
- Fuel expenses may be reimbursed for employees using a private vehicle for work-related purposes
