Position: Logistics Officer
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Officer Job to support our expanding operations. If you have experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international trade, and are ready to contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export logistics and shipping documentation
- Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance processes
- Negotiate shipping rates and track carrier performance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Prepare and review customs paperwork and compliance documents
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth cargo movement
- Maintain shipment records and resolve logistics issues
- Continuously improve logistics workflows and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in import/export or freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance
- Hands-on experience in managing shipments, documentation, and freight negotiations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with international shipping terms and procedures
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
