Position 1: Human Capital Officer
Education:
BA degree in Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as Junior Human Capital Officer or in a related HR position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle from hiring to performance reviews
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Act as liaison between staff and management on human capital matters

Position 2: Senior Human Capital Officer
Education:
BA degree in Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in the banking sector, with at least 2 years as Human Capital Officer or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategies and policy development
- Oversee functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee development
- Monitor compliance and organizational effectiveness
- Drive HR initiatives that align with Ahadu Bank’s values and growth goals
