Position 1: System Engineer – VAS
- BSc in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or IT
- 3+ years in IT, telecom, or software engineering
- Skills: EXADATA, Java, REST APIs, microservices, VAS platforms, Unix/Linux, cloud (AWS/OCI/Azure), GSM, SS7, TCP/IP
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 5+ years in VMware, RedHat, or virtualization platforms
- Certifications: VMware, RHCSA, RHCE
- Skills: Kubernetes, OpenStack, Tanzu, NFV
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Database Administrator
- Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering
- 3+ years in Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
- Skills: RAC, RMAN, Linux/Unix, performance tuning, scripting, EXADATA
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Specialist – Contact Center Planning & Delivery
- BSc/BTech in CS, IT, or Engineering
- 3 years systems support; 1 year DEVOPS
- Skills: Java/C++/C#, JavaScript, NoSQL, CI/CD, cloud platforms, Linux
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Specialist – M-Pesa Digital Channel Developer
- BSc in CS, Software Engineering
- Experience: Jenkins, Agile, Kotlin, Flutter, JavaScript
- Knowledge of mobile security, cloud is a plus

Position 6: ERP Support Manager
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 5+ years ERP, SQL, PLSQL, Unix, CCNA-equivalent
- Skills: Networking, LAN/WAN, telecom routing, SMSC, Mediation
