Position: Summer Driver Sales Agent
Who We’re Looking For:
You don’t need extensive experience or a degree — just ambition, energy, and great communication skills!
- Education: High school graduate, college student, or recent graduate
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and persuasive
- Local Knowledge: Familiar with Addis Ababa streets & neighborhoods
- Personality: Goal-oriented, outgoing, and positive
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using smartphones and apps
What You’ll Do:
- Approach and register new drivers to join Little’s ride-hailing platform
- Clearly explain benefits, earning potential, and how to get started
- Track and follow up with your registered drivers to ensure they complete at least one trip
- Attend a morning briefing at 8:00 AM, then hit the field for 6 hours/day (flexible schedule)
- Help drivers install the app, onboard correctly, and support them with any early questions
What You’ll Earn:
- Paid Per Commission – earn for every driver you onboard who completes at least one ride
- Daily Targets = Daily Earnings – register 8 active drivers/day for strong daily income
