Position: Sales Representative
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Diploma or BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in indoor sales or customer service (experience in manufacturing is an advantage)
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident in closing sales, managing customer relationships
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM software experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Result-oriented and customer-focused
Role Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for handling direct interactions with customers through in-office visits, calls, emails, and digital platforms. This role involves promoting CGCPF products, recommending solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally
- Promote and sell products via phone, email, and social media
- Recommend suitable products based on client needs
- Prepare quotations and follow up on invoices and sales
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Maintain accurate sales records using a CRM system
- Liaise with warehouse and delivery teams for order completion
- Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues
- Keep up with product updates and market trends
- Support marketing activities and promotions
