Position: Architect
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field
- Additional certifications in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) are an asset
Experience:
- 0–4 years of architectural design experience (Entry–Mid Level)
- 5+ years considered for Senior Architect roles
- Proven experience in design for hospitals, banks, offices, or large infrastructure projects
Skills Required:
- Proficient in architectural tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent understanding of Ethiopian construction codes, building materials, and engineering principles
- Strong drawing, visualization, and presentation capabilities
- Capable of managing multiple project phases efficiently
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus
- Dependable team player with solid time management and communication skills
