JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position: Event Decorator

Education :- Certification in event decoration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Practical experience is highly valued.
Experience :- Previous experience in balloon decoration is essential. However, formal documentation of your experience is not required—your skills will speak for themselves.
Gender :- Both male and female applicants are welcome

Key Responsibilities

➠ Designing and setting up beautiful and creative event decorations, with a focus on balloon art.
➠ Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met.
➠ Managing all aspects of decoration setup and tear down efficiently and professionally.
➠ Keeping up with trends and new techniques in event decoration.

Skills Required

➠ Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
➠ Experience in balloon decoration, including crafting and arranging.
➠ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
➠ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients to bring their ideas to life.
