Kadisco Paint & Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in Akaki Kality Industrial Zone, Addis Ababa. The company has a rich history dating back to the late 1960s as a small automotive parts dealership.
Today, Kadisco produces a full range of paints for construction, industrial, and automotive sectors. The company also manufactures wood and concrete lacquers and adhesives for the wood and leather industries, serving Ethiopia’s growing industrial and construction markets.
Position 1: Executive 2 – Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant HR work experience.
- Experience in a factory environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; additional finance certification is a plus.
- 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; detail-oriented and organized.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
