International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is one of Africa’s largest independent clinical diagnostic centers, established in 2004 to enhance healthcare quality in Ethiopia. ICL is uniquely accredited five times by the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI). The laboratory provides over 3,000 diagnostic tests in collaboration with referral laboratories and continues to expand its services nationwide.
Position 1: Receptionist/Clerk
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Health Science or Accounting.
- Proven experience in customer communication and reception, minimum 1 year.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Amharic, English, and Afan Oromo.
Location: Nekemte
Position 2: Specimen Collection Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (0-year experience with renewed license).
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 years of experience with renewed license).
Required Skills:
- Proficient in phlebotomy and sample collection.
- Strong communication, listening, and positive language skills.
- Time management skills and self-motivated for professional development.
- Proficient in Amharic, English, Afan Oromo.
Location: Nekemte
Position 3: CSC Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience with renewed license.
- Training or experience in marketing is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- Computer literacy and basic office software proficiency.
- Competent in phlebotomy and sample collection.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management, coordination, supervision, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Amharic, English, and Afan Oromo.
