Parlo Ceramics Products Manufacturing PLC, established in March 2024 and fully operational since October 2024, is located in Tulefa Industrial Park, Bulga Town, Amhara Region, just 60 km from Addis Ababa.
The factory, invested by Kunhuang Group, is equipped with world-class production facilities and guided by experienced Chinese technical experts. PCM Manufacturing PLC also features an in-house R&D team and laboratory to ensure the highest product quality. The company offers a wide range of ceramic products in various designs to meet diverse market demands.
Position 1: Digital Marketer & Content Creator
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platforms (TikTok experience preferred).
- Knowledge of brand management principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Write compelling copy and develop creative marketing materials.
- Edit videos to promote PCM brand and products.
- Ensure digital content aligns with marketing objectives and brand identity.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Warehouse and Inventory Controller
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in inventory software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Accounting or finance knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory flow efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Professional Video Editor
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya) for basic modeling/animation.
- Experience with Adobe Audition and Final Cut Pro.
- Candidates must provide a portfolio for the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit professional video content for marketing and internal communications.
- Create motion graphics, visual effects, and professional color grading.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality multimedia content.
