Position: Junior Procurement Officer

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Management, or related field
- 0–1 year of work experience (internships and cooperative programs considered)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for goods and services
✅ Ensure all Purchase Requests (PRs) are accurate and detailed
✅ Verify compliance with quality and specification standards
✅ Track procurement progress and delivery timelines
✅ Maintain records and procurement logs for auditing purposes
✅ Support in logistics, shipping, and import documentation
✅ Build and maintain effective supplier relationships
✅ Adhere to procurement ethics: conflict of interest, transparency, legal guidelines
✅ Prepare procurement updates and reports for internal teams
✅ Assist the manager in various procurement and operations tasks
Competencies & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ethical and transparent in supplier dealings
- Basic knowledge of logistics and international trade is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
