Position: Saving Mobilization & Member Relations Officer

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Cooperative Management, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years must be in a SACCO or related cooperative finance organization
Key Responsibilities
- Savings Mobilization & Marketing
- Design and implement deposit mobilization campaigns
- Promote HSACCOS products to new and existing members
- Identify and attract new clients to grow the cooperative’s portfolio
- Member Engagement & Relationship Management
- Prepare member savings collection sheets
- Monitor and follow up on savings compliance
- Act as the liaison between members and the cooperative
- Strategic Communication & Outreach
- Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Mobilize external resources to support strategic programs
- Report regularly on progress and community impact
