🧵 Open Positions
1️⃣ Jr. IE Executive
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- 0 years experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan improvement & standardization programs
- Weekly line capacity checks and multitasking documentation
- Optimize machine layout with relevant departments
- Maintain world-class workplace standards
- Prepare employee incentives and monitor line efficiency metrics (AB% & LTO%)
2️⃣ Junior Production Executive (30 Positions)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, or related fields (graduates of 2018–2019 preferred)
Competencies:
- Initiative and result-orientation
- Strong team leadership & collaboration skills
- Communication and adaptability
3️⃣ Environmental Health and Safety Junior Executive (3 Positions)
Required Qualifications:
- BA degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering (Environment stream) or related
- Some relevant experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & manage EHS systems and internal safety audits
- Ensure safety signage and documentation are in place
- Conduct monthly EHS meetings and accident investigations
- Align with local laws, buyer standards, and international certifications
4️⃣ Senior Executive – Cutting/In Charge
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related fields
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in garment cutting
- ISO and 5S experience is a strong advantage
