Position: Junior HR and Administration Officer
Kadisco General Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to support its Human Resources and administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HR within a healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- BA Degree in:
- Management
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Or related fields
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to HR systems
- Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
HR & Personnel Management
- Assist in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Maintain employee records with strict confidentiality
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll support
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws
Administrative & Office Operations
- Draft official letters, memos, and internal communications
- Coordinate facility and office-related activities
- Manage office supplies and ensure availability
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and organize training sessions
- Liaise with external service providers and vendors
