Position: Junior Operator – Production
BGI Ethiopia is looking for motivated and capable fresh graduates to join its production team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Food Science
- Food Technology
- Food Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (fresh graduates encouraged)
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Key Responsibilities
- Support production operations on the shop floor
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process
- Continuously improve skills and share best practices
