Position: Junior Flight Operation Officer
Are you passionate about aviation, customer service, and airport operations? Join Redsea Aviation Services as a Junior Flight Operation Officer and gain hands-on experience working at the heart of Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for new graduates looking to launch a career in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Airport Operations Support
- Assist passengers traveling via Addis Ababa Bole International Airport
- Handle day-to-day coordination at the terminal and support on-ground logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of all pre-departure and arrival procedures
2. Customer Service and Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance service delivery
3. Flight Support Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and ground handling partners
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with the operations team to meet daily targets
4. Internal and External Liaison
- Maintain strong communication with other departments
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution
- Contribute to collaborative workflows and team productivity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services
- Understanding of airport operations, flight support, or ground handling is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in aviation
