POSITION 1: Junior Bid Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other business-related fields.
Experience:
- 0–2 years in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role (experience in the IT industry is preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bid team in proposal development.
- Maintain accurate and updated bid documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams for timely bid submissions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of bid management tools.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Fluency in Amharic; working knowledge of English preferred.
POSITION 2: Sales Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Salesmanship, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present detailed product knowledge across sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with B2B sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Amharic; proficiency in English is preferred.
POSITION 3: Corporate Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master’s degree or certifications (CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management, ideally in large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain and warehouse logistics from procurement to delivery.
- Lead strategic planning and process improvement.
- Manage inventory systems (WMS, ERP) and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge in logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Proficient in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Strong adaptability in high-paced, multi-priority environments.
