Position: Sales Promoter
Habesha Breweries is seeking energetic, self-driven, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join its growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain real-world sales experience and grow within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and grow sales from both new and existing customers
- Achieve assigned daily sales volume targets and submit accurate reports
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, staff, and consumers
- Promote brand visibility and communicate product benefits to customers
- Monitor product availability across assigned retail and distributor outlets
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company fridges and promotional assets
- Proactively identify and open new points of sale in strategic locations
- Monitor inventory levels in key outlets to prevent stockouts
- Support promotional campaigns and product launch initiatives
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in any discipline
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Additional Notes:
- This is a junior sales position not directly employed by Habesha Breweries but managed by a third-party service provider. High performers may be considered for future internal sales roles.
