Education & Experience:
- BSc in Nursing
- Minimum of 1-year work experience

2. General Accounts Head
Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance
- At least 3 years in a senior-level leadership role
- Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous

3. Cost & Budget Head
Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Accounting & Finance
- At least 3 years in a senior-level leadership role
- Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost and variance analysis
- Monitor operational and departmental costs
- Oversee healthcare service costing and procedure-based costing
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Develop strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate departmental budget preparation and consolidation
- Monitor budget execution and control variance
- Provide periodic financial performance reports to management
