Position: Junior Booking Agent
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry, MS Office, CRM, and booking software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM (recommended).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and platform in a timely and professional manner.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
- Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Log calls and maintain records in customer management systems.
- Handle basic computer and smartphone operations efficiently.
