Position: Credit Life & Vehicle Insurance Officer
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years direct work experience in credit life and/or vehicle insurance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and process members’ credit life and vehicle insurance applications.
- Ensure timely renewal and claim processing in coordination with insurers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of insurance transactions.
- Provide guidance and support to members on insurance-related inquiries.
- Prepare periodic reports on insurance operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of credit life and vehicle insurance procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Addis Ababa & Regional Branches of Awach SACCOS
