Position 1: Store and Facility Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock control systems
- Oversee storage and maintenance of company assets
- Coordinate facility-related operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping or facility management
- Familiarity with inventory software and maintenance systems preferred
Additional Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Position 2: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients
- Lead product presentations and negotiate contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer data and pipeline via CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- At least 6 years of proven sales experience, ideally in tech, transport, or logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Background in transport-hailing, fleet management, or startup environments is a strong advantage
- High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented
