About Yazawa Spare Parts

Position 1: Accounting Intern
Location: Addis Ababa
Application Deadline: June 16, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial report preparation
- Reconcile accounts under supervision
- Support daily accounting and finance functions as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Fresh Graduate
- Good numerical aptitude and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High standards of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Position 2: Customer Engagement Intern
Location: Addis Ababa
Application Deadline: June 25, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Respond to basic customer inquiries (hours, location, product info)
- Route complex issues to senior team members
- Accurately tag and categorize customer tickets
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist during peak seasons and campaigns
- Help update FAQs and support documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field
- No prior experience needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and customer service orientation
