Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Location: Jigjiga Banking Center
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver front-line customer service at branch level
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Support daily branch operations and promote bank products
Position 2: Customer Service Officer III – Accounts
Location: Nekemte Banking Center
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at CSO I/II level or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer account operations
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing
- Provide mentorship to junior officers
- Support the branch in managing deposits and accounts reconciliation
Position 3: Motorcycle Messenger
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 10 education
- Valid Grade 1 or equivalent motorcycle driving license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of transport and delivery rules
- Safe handling and maneuvering of motorbikes
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
