Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Are you detail-oriented, team-driven, and passionate about maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards? Best Western Plus Pearl Addis is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold global hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Room & Facility Management

Inspect guest rooms, lounges, stairways, and public areas for cleanliness
Participate in deep cleaning projects and regular housekeeping tasks
Replenish cleaning materials and ensure equipment readiness

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

Schedule staff shifts and manage replacements during absences
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping team members
Resolve team conflicts and monitor performance standards

3. Guest Service & Operational Support

Address guest concerns and handle special housekeeping requests
Maintain hygiene, tidiness, and safety protocols across all areas
Monitor cleaning supplies and submit restocking requests

What You Need to Succeed:

Hotel management diploma preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Excellent communication skills in English (Amharic an asset)
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ethical, hardworking, and dependable work ethic
Experience managing teams in a hotel or hospitality environment
