1. Junior IT Specialist
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- OR relevant technical certifications
Experience:
- 2 years in IT support or a related on-site project role
- Familiarity with networking, OS, and security basics
Key Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking
- Communication & teamwork
- Ability to work independently
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Tender and Bid Preparation Specialist (Female Preferred)
Qualification:
- BA in Business Administration, IT, Procurement, or related field
Experience:
- 2+ years in tender/bid management (preferably in tech sector)
✅ Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of IT proposals
- Excellent writing and verbal communication
- Highly detail-oriented & organized
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Operational Manager
Qualification:
- BA in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure, network administration, or IT project management
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of system security, firewalls, and cloud platforms
- Virtualization, data management
- Strong leadership and team coordination
- Advanced troubleshooting & strategic oversight
