Position Overview: Global Graduate Program
Heineken Ethiopia is seeking ambitious and talented fresh graduates to join its Global Graduate Program. This international leadership development program is designed to fast-track graduates into future management and leadership positions within the company.
The program combines structured learning, cross-functional rotations, international exposure, and mentorship opportunities to help graduates develop technical, business, and leadership skills.
Program Structure
Rotation 1 – Functional Foundation
Participants will begin their journey in Ethiopia within their selected business area, gaining practical experience and understanding company operations, culture, and strategy.
Rotation 2 – Cross-Functional Assignment
Graduates will continue in Ethiopia with assignments in different business functions to broaden their understanding of interconnected operations and business processes.
Rotation 3 – International Assignment
Participants will complete an international assignment to strengthen global exposure, adaptability, and multicultural collaboration skills.
Landing Role
After completing the rotational program, graduates will transition into management-level positions within Heineken Ethiopia.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience
- No prior work experience required
- Applicants must be fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year post-graduation experience
Language Requirements
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Must have legal work rights in Ethiopia
- Must be willing to travel internationally and relocate when required
- Strong adaptability, leadership potential, and willingness to learn
