Position Overview: Customer Service Officer – Maker
Dashen Bank is looking for fresh graduates and qualified applicants to join its branch operations team as Customer Service Officer – Maker.
The role focuses on delivering front-office banking services, supporting customer transactions, handling account-related requests, and ensuring excellent customer experience at branch level.
Selected candidates will undergo six months of intensive training before permanent assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Operations
- Provide front-office customer service support at branch level
- Handle customer inquiries and respond professionally
- Process account opening, maintenance, and customer requests
Transaction Processing
- Manage payment and collection transactions
- Handle cash and non-cash banking operations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing
Banking Support
- Assist customers with banking products and services
- Support branch operational efficiency and service quality
- Maintain proper documentation and transaction records
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following or related fields:
- Marketing Management
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Or equivalent business-related fields
Experience
- Zero (0) years of experience required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Age Requirement
- Applicants must not be more than 25 years old (for external applicants)
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of basic financial products and banking services
- Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting principles
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Computer Skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with core banking systems is advantageous
Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
