Position 1: Software Implementer
Job Summary:
As a Software Implementer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise software solutions across Haron Computer PLC and its affiliated companies. This position involves client training, technical support, requirement gathering, and ensuring the successful adoption of internal systems (POS, ERP, CRM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement software solutions based on user requirements
- Conduct client training and onboarding sessions
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues
- Configure software parameters for optimal system performance
- Gather user feedback and report improvement areas
- Maintain deployment documentation and generate usage reports
- Travel to client locations for system installation and support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or technical support
- Proficiency in enterprise software (ERP, POS, CRM)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system configuration
- Fluency in English and Amharic preferred
- Willingness to travel for client support

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will manage the financial reporting and operational accounting for Haron Computers and its sister companies. This includes overseeing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting budget processes. The role demands a leader capable of mentoring junior accountants and improving financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support tax filings and statutory obligations
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with the Cost/Budget Head on cost control and planning
- Lead financial system upgrades and special projects
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
- Recommend enhancements to financial controls
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Several years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian tax law and IFRS
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting software
- Proven leadership in managing accounting teams
