Position: Project Exhibition Guide
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate individual to join our team as a Project Exhibition Guide. This role is essential in representing GCL Energy’s ongoing petroleum projects to stakeholders, partners, and the public through guided tours and informative presentations. The selected candidate will be based in the Somali Region and work directly at our exhibition center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reception and guided tours for all exhibition visitors
- Demonstrate and explain key products, systems, and project highlights in the exhibition hall
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate technical readiness of exhibition equipment
- Provide on-site service support and assist with event and meeting preparations
- Ensure visitors receive professional, accurate, and engaging information
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Hosting, Tourism Management, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Prior experience in exhibitions, hospitality, or front-facing public roles is a plus
