ABOUT COMMERCIAL NOMINEES
Commercial Nominees PLC was established in 1965 by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and the Construction & Business Bank. Initially providing services such as stock registration, pension account management, and insurance commission tasks, the company began operating independently in 1993. Today, it is a reputable PLC offering a range of outsourcing and property administration services in Ethiopia.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in a well-established financial services firm.
POSITION: JUNIOR PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION
QUALIFICATION:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or any business-related field
- No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing company-owned and leased properties
- Help with inventory, asset recording, and reporting tasks
- Support administrative functions related to property contracts and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records of property data and transaction files
