POSITION: ASSOCIATE LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR

QUALIFICATIONS (Choose One of the Following):

Option 1:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HRM, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructor or Trainer at a university, college, or training/leadership institute

Option 2:

• MBA or MA in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Instructor or Trainer at a university, college, or training/leadership institute

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Supervisory/Managerial experience is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in leadership training is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (working language at Ethiopian Airlines)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver leadership and soft skills training programs to staff
• Support curriculum development for management and leadership programs
• Conduct assessments and follow-up on learning progress
• Assist in research and continuous improvement of leadership training materials
