1. Junior Sales Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Business Administration
- Management
- Economics
- Related fields
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying prospective clients, contractors, distributors, and hardware stores.
- Respond to customer inquiries about product pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Prepare draft proforma invoices, sales orders, and dispatch documents under supervision.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and construction project information.
- Support payment follow-up and financial clearance activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and finance departments.
- Implement Kaizen and 5S workplace standards.
Required Competencies:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.

2. Sales Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–7 years of professional experience in active sales, field marketing, or commercial distribution.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, hardware stores, builders, and distributors.
- Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Identify new market segments, construction sites, and retail outlets.
- Collect competitor pricing, market feedback, and construction trends.
- Follow up on client payments and financial settlements.
- Implement Kaizen and 5S workplace standards.
Required Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales tracking tools.
- Excellent command of English and Amharic.

3. Senior Sales and Marketing Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sales, brand management, key account management, or commercial operations.
- At least 3 years in a senior supervisory role.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and product tonnage targets.
- Design and coordinate marketing campaigns and corporate branding activities.
- Manage relationships with key corporate clients, real estate developers, and major distributors.
- Conduct market research on steel industry trends, competitor pricing, and major projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide sales officers and field marketing personnel.
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and institutional buyers regarding product quality and technical standards.
- Champion Kaizen and 5S principles across commercial operations.
Required Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Amharic.
- Knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
