Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Petrochemical Engineering

Academic Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for male applicants.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 for female applicants.
- Strong secondary school and university aptitude results are mandatory.
Technical Skills
Knowledge or proficiency in the following software is an advantage:
- AutoCAD
- AVEVA PDMS
- SmartPlant 3D
- Navisworks
- Revit
- SketchUp
- SolidWorks
- Similar 3D modeling software
Language Requirements
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Basic conversational Chinese is highly advantageous.
- Applicants are expected to provide accurate information regarding their language skills. False information may result in immediate disqualification.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Junior professionals with up to 3 years of experience may also apply.
Flexibility
Selected candidates must be willing to:
- Work project-driven overtime when required.
- Travel abroad for international project assignments when necessary.
Service Commitment
Selected candidates will be required to sign a formal commitment to serve the company for a minimum of three years after completing the one-year paid training program.
